SMS Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern text messages you receive from Manor Park OS.
Effective date: June 30, 2026
1. Program Description
Manor Park OS (“MPOS,” “we,” “us”) operates a text-messaging program that sends account verification codes, two-factor authentication (2FA) security codes, and transactional account notifications (such as rent receipts, lease notices, and maintenance updates) to users who have opted in. These are account-related, transactional messages — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program. SMS messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio.
2. How to Opt In
You provide consent to receive text messages by checking the dedicated SMS-consent checkbox when you create your account at manorparkos.com/signup, or by enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, and by providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The consent language reads:
“By checking this box, I explicitly agree to receive SMS and text messages from Manor Park OS (manorparkos.com) for account verification, 2FA security codes, and transactional account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.”
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — for example, each login that uses SMS-based 2FA generates a message, and transactional notifications are sent as relevant events occur on your account.

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Manor Park OS does not charge you for receiving these messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt Out and Get Help
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Get help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@manorparkos.com.
If you opt out of SMS but still require two-factor authentication, you may need to use an authenticator app to secure your account.
6. Privacy and Data Sharing
Mobile opt-in information and text-messaging consent are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers you provide for SMS are used solely to deliver the account messages you have consented to, and are shared only with the messaging provider (Twilio) that transmits them on our behalf. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
